Step One:
So you don't have to worry about falling in the water, we start out with a board and sail rig on land to get the basics. That includes how to get on the board, how to raise the sail, how to get going, how to turn upwind or downwind, and how to stop and come back in the opposite direction.
Step Two:
You get on the board in the water and try all this out while I stand next to you in the shallows, coaching you.
Step Three:
I get on my board too and we sail around together, with me following or leading you, coaching you.
