My name is Bill van den Berg. I started windsurfing in 1996. In 2007 I got certified by U.S. Sailing as a Level 1 Windsurfing Instructor. I sail mostly near my home in Centre County, PA, but also in New York, New Jersey, Delaware, North Carolina, California, and the Caribbean. Almost all I know about windsurfing I learned from an itinerant windsurfing school called ABK Boardsports. They are great people and great windsurfing teachers.
